Susurro, un pueblo minero abandonado que encierra una oscura leyenda, parece ser el escenario más indicado para probar o desmentir que hay vida después de la muerte. Eso es lo que se proponen investigar unos jóvenes estudiantes de Medicina, entre los que se encuentra la escéptica Ángela (Amaia Salamanca) y su hermana Diana (Alba Ribas).
